Our Commitment to Flexibility

As a new business, we are committed to providing both an amazing photo booth experience and exceptional customer service. We understand that life happens, and we've designed our policies to be as flexible and fair as possible.

1. Booking Retainer

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. This payment is applied directly to your final balance.

2. Cancellation & Credits

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  • 30+ Days Notice: If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, your retainer will be converted into a full credit for a future booking within 18 months. Any other payments will be refunded.
  • Less than 30 Days Notice: If you cancel within 30 days of the event, all payments made (up to 50% of the total package price) will be converted into a credit for a future booking within 18 months.
  • Less than 7 Days Notice: Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of all payments.

3. Easy Rescheduling

You may reschedule your event once at no charge, provided the request is made at least 14 days in advance. Your full balance paid will transfer to a new date within 18 months, subject to availability.

4. "Act of God" / Force Majeure

In the event that either party is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement due to an 'Act of God' (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic, government-mandated shutdown), any payments made, including the retainer, can be used as a credit for a future event within 18 months of the original event date. No refunds will be issued.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Should you need to reschedule your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The original retainer will be applied to the new date, provided the new date is within 12 months of the original event date and is subject to our availability. A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply. If we are unavailable for the new date, the cancellation policy will apply.
